Transport ban for alleged road rage duo
Christopher McDonagh, 28, and his wife, Laura-Anne, 24, are accused of repeatedly kicking the door of a bus while shouting and swearing, allegedly causing Ashley Lee to jump from an emergency exit.
It’s understood Ms Lee broke a leg as a result of the fall.
The McDonaghs are also accused of assaulting bus driver Anthony Byers, spitting on his face, pushing him on the body and repeatedly punching him on the head.

Hide AdThey pleaded not guilty to two offences when they appeared at Livingston Sheriff Court yesterday and were released on bail with a special condition that they do not travel on any form of public transport except taxis until after their trial in May.
The incident is alleged to have taken place at at Almondvale East Road, next to Asda, in Livingston, on November 29 last year.
Sheriff Martin Edington also imposed a special condition that the couple should not approach or contact either of the people named in the charge.
