Track down hunter’s lot

THE archive of a legendary big game hunter is being sold at an auction house in the Capital.

Richard Cuninghame was a major hunter and explorer, mainly in British East Africa, in the early part of the 20th century.

He organised a safari in 1909 for Theodore Roosevelt after the end of his second term as US president.

The collection, thought to be worth between £5000 and £7000, will be sold at Bonhams in Queen Street on October 24.
