Toddling in the garden for a great cause

DOZENS of children took a toddle through the Botanic Gardens yesterday for Barnardo's Big Toddle.

Children Carmen Maclellan, four, Alessia D'Agostino, five, Blair Roberts, three, and Rafe Hyder, four, demonstrate how it's done with the Big Toddle pirate. Toddlers from Edinburgh, Gorebridge, Dalkeith, Musselburgh, Tranent, Kirkliston and Livingston raised more than 11,500.

Barnardo's ambassador and television presenter Melinda Messenger said: "It's for such a great cause."
