Toddler gig is on song

Whitburn Miners social club will hold a northern soul and Motown night on Friday to raise funds for Lilly MacGlashan, a toddler from Bedfordshire who suffers from a rare form of cancer.

Organiser Sandy Jack said: "We organised this event after hearing how her parents need 300,000 to send her to New York for life-saving surgery.

"Music lovers in West Lothian donated 750 by attending a gig for Lilly in March and we're keen to do more."
