Thief took £100 in supermarket raid

A ROBBER walked into a Glasgow shop, threatened a worker with a “bladed weapon” and stole more than £100 and a small amount of cigarettes.

Strathclyde Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident at a Scotmid Co-op in Crookston Road, on Saturday, at 4:45pm. They say the 19-year-old male member of staff was left unhurt but very shaken.
