Teen wins haggis race

A CITY schoolboy is believed to have set a new world record for speed eating haggis after gobbling down a pound of the national delicacy in just two minutes.

John Davis, 17, defeated 30 competitors from around the world to win the event at the inaugural Edinburgh International Haggis Championship yesterday.
