Teen driver is given Asbo

A TEENAGER has been hit with an antisocial behaviour order after being caught driving a car erratically on the A702.

The 19-year-old, from Penicuik, was caught by officers driving a Honda Civic in an erratic manner near Boghall Farm, Midlothian.

Police chased after the driver after spotting him at around 11pm on 27 March, and caught him after a short pursuit.

Antisocial behaviour laws allow officers to confiscate vehicles from drivers causing a persistent nuisance.
