Tapping into new Lothian water facility

ALEX Neil MSP, the Cabinet Secretary for Infrastructure and Capital Investment, was joined by Richard Akroyd, chief executive of Scottish Water, and project manager Kenny Naylor as they turned on the tap at the new Glencorse Treatment works yesterday.
