Style snub for Capital

EDINBURGH has been snubbed as the “style capital” of Scotland by a leading fashion house.

Louis Vuitton has printed a set of chic city guides to 40 international destinations, among them Glasgow.

However, Edinburgh has been dropped despite being home to the country’s only Louis Vuitton store.

The city’s exclusion has surprised many of its champions, Independent MSP Margo MacDonald said: “These people are trying too hard to be leaders of style and be fashionable so they’ve decided to go for gallus over glamorous.”
