Students cook for top chef

CITY chef Tony Singh is set to visit West Lothian College next week to judge a special cooking competition for catering professionals employed within the care sector.

The National Association of Care Catering holds a UK-wide cooking competition every year in search of the best catering professionals.

Mr Singh, owner of Oloroso Restaurant and Tony's Table, will be judging the Scottish heat of the competition in the college's training kitchens on Monday.
