Stringing them along

VIOLINIST Sophie Lang from the RSNO Octomore Quartet was joined by librarian Maxime Piche at Edinburgh's Central Library as the quartet performed a selection of classical pieces in the foyer.

The RSNO's Out and About programme is designed to bring music into the heart of the community.

The quartet perform well-known classics from Handel, Pachelbel, Bach, Mozart and Strauss to cheerier numbers such as Bill Conti's Gonna Fly Now, recognisable as the theme music from Rocky.
