Stars gather for concert

CELEBRITIES are to gather for a Carols for Christmas concert to help raise cash for the Sick Kids Friends Foundation.

The event will feature guest appearances from novelist Ian Rankin, comedian Fred MacAulay, actress Jennifer Black and MSPs Roseanna Cunningham and Margo MacDonald.

The concert will be held in the Parish Church of St Cuthbert from 6.30pm to 8.30pm on Tuesday. For tickets call Linda Cameron on 0131-668 4949.
