SSPCA hunting for owners of speedy reptile named after Mo Farah
The bearded dragon was spotted sitting in the sunshine on a country road in Kirkcudbrightshire, Dumfries and Galloway, by a couple out walking on Sunday morning.
Scottish SPCA workers named it Mo after the double gold medallist as the reptile has proved to be a very fast runner.

Hide AdStaff at the charity’s animal rescue and rehoming centre in Cardonald, Glasgow, are puzzled as to how it came to be in such a remote location. Inspector Stewart Taylor said: “There is a chance he has strayed from home, although we also have to consider that he may have been abandoned.”
