Space race at Hermiston

Businesses are being invited to rent space at a  Hermiston Gait Retail Park.

The retail centre has recently undergone a refurbishment at a cost of more than £3 million and property consultant CBRE has been instructed to  market the remaining 15,000 sq ft.

Kevin Sims of property consultant CBRE said: “We believe there is an excellent opportunity to continue to build and improve the existing tenant mix.”
