Snow needn’t stop learning

PUPILS are being urged to take note of an online scheme that will allow them to continue their studies should winter weather close their school.

The initiative will mean working in libraries, community centres, or from home, as part of the West Lothian Winter Ready campaign.

West Lothian’s Depute Chief Executive for Education, Planning and Area Services, Moira Niven, said: “We have prepared our pupils for disruption by ensuring they have access to the secure online learning resource Glow.”
