Sex pest ‘risk’ to the public

A MAN who carried out a series of sex offences has been branded a danger to the public.

A judge at the High Court in Edinburgh jailed Ian Dempster, 55, for three years then ruled that because of a “high risk” of further offending, his licence conditions on release should be extended by three years.

Lord Tyre told Dempster, of Dunbar, that he might be asked to undertake counselling.
