Services to be expanded

A HOMELESS charity is set to expand its services by offering educational courses and one-to-one support to help people develop skills and improve their job chances.

Crisis, the national charity for single homeless people, will structured 12-week courses and taster sessions to help people out of homelessness.

The charity is pursuing its outreach service in partnership with the Salvation Army, Crossreach, Four Square, Bethany Christian Trust, the Rock Trust, Streetwork, FreshStart and Gowrie Care.

Crisis chief executive Leslie Morphy said: “We hope that our Crisis Skylight programme will enhance the city’s wide-ranging homelessness services.”
