Scientists' speedy feat

A TEAM of Edinburgh scientists may have come a step closer to creating a super-fast "quantum computer".

Scientists from Heriot-Watt University were part of a UK-Dutch team to harness the potential of electrons to exist in two places at once to carry out much faster computations.
