Schools under the spotlight

A NEW initiative targeting antisocial behaviour in and around schools has been launched by the West Lothian Community Safety Unit.

School Watch focuses on protecting schools that attract antisocial behaviour, especially over the holiday period.

Sergeant Paul Kane, from West Lothian Community Safety Unit, developed the initiative, and said: “School Watch involves Lothian and Borders Police, West Lothian Council, and above all the local community.”
