Santa’s festive fun for families

YOUNGSTERS in the north of the Capital were all smiles after a special visit from Santa and his grotto.

He was at Granton Child and Family Centre yesterday, before moving on to the Early Years Centre in Craigroyston.

The visits were part of the Evening News Christmas appeal, which sees us team up with Lothian Buses, Jenners, Dobbies garden centre, sports store Decathalon and Tesco, to give children the chance to meet the man himself as he tours the city throughout December in aid of the Sick Kids Friends Foundation.

Santa will be at Loanhead Community Learning Centre from 11am until noon today, before visiting Oxgangs Nursery Class in Oxgangs Primary School between 1pm and 2pm.
