Ryan Giggs 'to seek help for his sex addiction'

MANCHESTER United footballer Ryan Giggs will seek help for sex addiction, it was reported yesterday.

Last week it was claimed that Giggs, 37, had an eight-year affair with his sister-in-law, mother-of-two Natasha Giggs, as well as an affair with Big Brother contestant Imogen Thomas.

Giggs' wife Stacey, with whom he has two young children, has reportedly said she wants to help her husband battle his addiction.

Giggs is said to have offered to seek professional help for his infidelity, allegedly saying 'he couldn't carry on' if his wife left him. The family is thought to be abroad, where Giggs is thought to be trying to make peace with his brother Rhordi.

The Sun reported on Friday that Giggs had offered Rhordi 250,000 to remain silent on the affair.

Rhordi is using Giggs' solicitors Schillings, the media law specialists, who acted on behalf of the footballer with regard to the super-injunction surrounding his affair with Ms Thomas and gave advice when he wanted to sue the social-network site Twitter.
