Rowers Blest with success

Coastal rowers launched the Boatie Blest at the Boat Shore harbour in Cockenzie on Sunday, the first vessel to be launched at the natural harbour in living memory.

The Boatie Blest group launched its first rowing boat, Boatie Rows, in May, and the first regattas were held during the summer. Both boats are based on a St Ayles skiff in the collection of the Scottish Fisheries Museum in Anstruther, Fife.
