Rogue wallaby is found safe and well

A WALLABY which escaped from a petting zoo earlier this week has been found safe and well.

The animal swam off an island on a fishing pond at Leadburn Manor, in West Linton in the Borders, with another wallaby on Wednesday.

An Scottish SPCA spokesman said it was found in the grounds of the petting zoo, unharmed.
