RockNess: Police looking for missing man
POLICE in Inverness are carrying out searches for a missing 21 year-old man who has been reported missing since Sunday afternoon at the RockNess festival.
A force spokesman said: “Rhian Starkey, 21, from the Inverness area, was last seen yesterday afternoon at RockNess within the arena area of the festival. He is described as 5ft 4ins tall, and of a slim build, wearing a purple t-shirt, jean shorts and having brown hair with a distinctive blonde fringe. If anyone has seen Rhian or knows of his whereabouts, they are urged to contact Police on 101.”
23-year-old Jodie Spence, who was earlier reported missing, has since been traced.
