Rescue teams rush to find Scottish man ‘who fell from bridge’

A search and rescue operation has been launched amid reports a man has fallen from a bridge.

Emergency services are searching the River Leven in Glenrothes, Fife.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Officers received reports of a man having fallen from a bridge near to Riverside Park over the River Leven in Glenrothes at around 10.20am.

"Emergency services are still in attendance and a search and rescue operation is under way."
