Recycling centre death driver named

AN ELDERLY driver, who was killed after his car collided with a lamp post at a Highland recycling centre, has been named as James Scobie, 72, from Beauly.

He died in Raigmore Hospital on Wednesday after his Fiat car struck the post in Dingwall.
