Radio station returns for Fresh series

STUDENT radio station Fresh Air FM is going back on the air in Edinburgh during February and March.

The station, which was last year voted best student station by BBC Radio 1, will broadcast on 87.7FM from February 26 until March 25.

A station spokesman said: "We are back on the airwaves for another month of vibrant music, drama, and debate, providing a sound that is distinctive to Edinburgh. The programmes will vary from the latest chart music to world music, radio drama and topical debates. We also have the involvement of many clubs in Edinburgh who will be providing their own special shows."

The station is run entirely by students from Edinburgh University, Heriot-Watt University, and Napier University.
