Purr-fect panto offering

A NEW version of Puss In Boots will be the Brunton Theatre’s next pantomime.

The show will incorporate plenty of local references and jokes, with comic routines and popular songs.

The show written and directed by the Evening News’ arts and entertainments editor Liam Rudden, tells the tale of Rory, the Honest Toun’s Honest Lad, who discovers that all his inheritance consists of is the family pet.

But Puss In Boots is a magical cat, and Rory finds himself thrust into an exciting adventure when the cat turns match-maker and tries to marry her master to the love of his life.

The panto will run from November 27 to January 5. Tickets are now available from the box office or on 0131-665 2240.
