Pupils really like their new playground

IT was child’s play at a primary school as pupils enjoyed their £30,000 playground won in a contest.

Murrayburn Primary got more ‘likes’ than the other schools which entered the nationwide Facebook competition.

Youngsters Chris Spence, Abbi Howard, Jack Swan, Robert Orr and Callum Hanley have been making the most of it.

Carol Swan, chairwoman of Murrayburn’s parent council, said: “Everyone worked so hard to gain as many votes as we could to make sure Murrayburn was the winning school.”
