Probation for paedophile

A BUSINESSMAN who downloaded child pornography while his wife was asleep was told by a sheriff that the images he was caught with were “stomach-churning”.

Sheriff Lindsay Foulis told Michael Cusack that he had played a part in the exploitation and abuse of young children by downloading the pictures and videos.

Cusack, 47, of Ferrier Court, Blackburn, West Lothian, was placed on probation and on the sex offenders register for three years after he admitted being caught with more than 200 images and videos of children.
