Prisoner had cell phone

A PRISONER found with a mobile phone sim card in 
his cell claimed he was 
only repairing it for a fellow inmate.

Charles Forrest was caught during a surprise search at Addiewell Prison in West Lothian, Livingston Sheriff Court heard.

He pleaded guilty to possessing an illegal communications device in prison on September 24. Sheriff Douglas Kinloch added 80 days to the end of Forrest’s sentence.
