Princess dines out with Tattoo backers

The Princess Royal, escorted by Tattoo producer Brigadier David Allfrey, will attend the Tattoo’s first Ambassadors Dinner at Edinburgh’s International Conference Centre next Tuesday. The dinner brings together figures who might help promote the Tattoo all year round.

After meeting members of the new ambassadorial team, which includes crime writer Ian Rankin and racing driver Sir Jackie Stewart, Princess Anne will meet key individuals who are involved in mounting the annual military event.
