Pow! Judge backs the superheroes

Batman, Superman and other superheroes have finally got the law on their side and won approval to perform on the streets of Hollywood.

A United States federal judgeoverturned a law that prevented costumed characters from performing and soliciting tips on the streets of Los Angeles.

The judge said that a costumed performance was a constitutionally protected form of speech.
