Landlords worried about property bill

CUTTING the business rates discount for empty properties could cost landlords dear.

The Unoccupied Properties Bill, introduced to Holyrood, will, if passed, reduce the rates discount for some empty commercial properties from 50 per cent to 10 per cent.
