Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has overwhelmingly lost a vote of no confidence in his leadership, according to reports.

Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has lost the confidence of his MPs, according to reports.

According to initial reports, 176 voted against Corbyn in the poll with 40 voting in favour of his continued leadership.

216 members of the Parliamentary Labour Party voted.
