Foulkes leads European seminar

POLITICIANS are to discuss how to reconnect the European Parliament with the public.

Lothians Labour MSP George Foulkes will chair a seminar at Holyrood today where speakers will include Labour Euro-MP Catherine Stihler, Conservative Euro-MP Struan Stevenson and former Liberal Democrat Euro-MP Elspeth Attwooll.
