Doubts over infrastructure

A THINK tank has called into question the Scottish Government’s new £60 billion infrastructure plan.

The plan includes a commitment to build a new Forth road bridge but the Centre for Public Policy for Regions says it is unclear how much of the spending would have to go on maintaining existing assets, it was reported today.
