Police search for three '˜vulnerable' missing children

Police are becoming increasingly concerned about three 'vulnerable' children who were last seen at an Ayrshire train station.

Olivia Bryson, 14, Gary Newman, 14, and Kevin Paul, 13, were last seen around 11.15am on Friday at Glengarnock train station.

Police say they are thought to have headed to the Manchester area.

Olivia Bryson is described as white, 5ft 5in, with medium build and brown hair in a ponytail. She was wearing dark jogging trousers, a silver jacket and has an English accent.

Gary Newman is described as white, 5ft 4in with medium build with short fair hair. He was wearing a navy hooded top, black jogging trousers and dark trainers. He has a Scottish accent.

Kevin Paul is described as white, 5ft 4in with a stocky build, closely-cropped brown hair and glasses. He was wearing a navy hooded top and navy jogging trousers with a white t-shirt and black trainers. He has a Scottish accent.

Inspector Andy Dolan said: “Olivia, Gary and Kevin have been missing on a number of occasions. However, as they are only 13 and 14 years of age and vulnerable, we are becoming increasingly concerned for their safety.

“We need to know that they are safe and well and officers are carrying out a number of inquiries to trace them, including liaising with British Transport Police and Greater Manchester Police and viewing CCTV footage.”

Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to call Police Scotland on 101.
