Police remind youngsters to 'Keep Yerself Safe'

POLICE are warning youngsters of the dangers of messing around on roads, in a series of public meetings.

Officers warned young people about the risks of riding mini-motos, reckless driving and stealing motorcycles at an event in Drylaw recently.

They are working with the council, fire service and road groups to deliver the message "Keep Yerself Safe".

Chief Inspector Denise Mulvaney from Lothian and Borders Police said "This kind of activity is excellent for engaging with young people."
