Police name man in weekend murder

A MAN murdered at the weekend has been named by police. Mark Shaw, 21, was seriously injured outside a property in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire, at around 6:10am on Sunday.

Mr Shaw, from Coatbridge, was taken to Monklands Hospital where he died. A 38-year-old man is being held in connection with the death.
