Police investigate serious crime in Midlothian

A police helicopter was deployed in Midlothian today (Wednesday) to assist in a serious crime inquiry.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Police in Midlothian are conducting joint enforcement activity in the Poltonhall area as part of an ongoing serious and organised crime investigation.

“Inquiries are continuing.”
