Police hunt sex attackers

Police are hunting two men in their twenties in connection with the sexual assault of a teenager in the city.

The 19-year-old victim was walking home along a path at the Meadows when she was attacked by two men wearing hooded tops at around 3.30am on Tuesday.

A latex glove found near the scene, which police believe may have belonged to the attackers, is now undergoing forensic tests.

It has not been determined exactly where the men struck.

Police have put in place extra patrols in the Meadows area overnight following the attack.
