Police appeal over missing Fife woman Hazel North

POLICE investigating the disappearance of 19-year-old Hazel North have searched a house and garden in Kilmarnock.

North, from the Cairneyhill area of Dunfermline, was last seen by her sister on Tuesday 4 March.

In a statement, Police Scotland said: “Enquiries are ongoing in Dunfermline and Kilmarnock to trace Hazel, but she has not contacted her family since she was last seen on 4th March, and has now been reported missing to Police Scotland.”

Ms North is described as 5ft 8 inches in height and of slim build with a fair complexion. She has shoulder-length blonde hair.

Anyone with information regarding Hazel’s whereabouts, or who may have seen her since Tuesday 4th March is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101.
