Pizza delivery drivers attacked

GRAMPIAN Police were yesterday investigating two separate robberies involving pizza delivery drivers in the Northfield area of Aberdeen.

Both robberies involved two men, described as being in their late teens. But a force spokesman said the robberies were not thought to be linked.

The first robbery took place on Saturday night in the city's Manor Walk and the second on Sunday night in Logie Place.

A spokesman for Grampian Police said: "The pizza delivery staff were assaulted and although uninjured, were left extremely shaken by the attack."
