Philip Moore: An Apology

In an article on our website on 18 June 2015, we published a photograph of Mr Philip Moore, a solicitor and partner in the firm of Sinclairs Criminal Defence Lawyers, Pleasance, Edinburgh.

We wrongly identified him as Kevin Balmer, one of the directors of Action Building Contracts Ltd who was sentenced to a term of imprisonment for bribery and corruption of council officials.

We apologise unreservedly to Mr Moore for our error and for any embarrassment caused as a consequence.
