Watch as Scottish tenant creates hilarious video for letting agent 'forcing him out'

A video has gone viral on social media after a tenant took revenge on a letting agent for 'forcing him out'.

Sandy Batchelor was asked to make a video of his flat after being told to move out during the Covid-19 pandemic - but instead he made a hilarious film in which he lists the many faults he had found, as well as posting some pointed warnings.

Sharing the video on Twitter, Scottish actor and producer Sandy wrote: “Our letting agent asked us to make a video of the flat we are basically being forced out of.

“I wish them the very best of luck.”

Viewers can then see him walking around the property, pointing out everything that's wrong with it.

This includes a fireplace that doesn't work properly, wonky shelves and an infestation of ants and rats.

He also branded the garden a "hellhole” before it was renovated.

A sign saying “don’t rent this flat!” can be seen.

Signs were posted around the flat, warning prospective renters of its faults.Signs were posted around the flat, warning prospective renters of its faults.
