Police Scotland launch appeal after two teenage girls go missing from Inverness area

Katie Macphee and Nicole Ramage were last seen in the Inverness area

Police have launched an appeal after two teenage girls have gone missing from the Inverness area.

Katie Macphee, 15, also known as Katie Syrjanenwas last seen on Thursday, June 18 at 5.45am in Cauldfield Road North, Smithton and Nicola Ramage was last seen in the early hours of the same morning in her home in Kinmylies.

The girls are thought to be together and could be camping out.

Katie is described as white, 5 foot and 5 inches, large build with long red hair and when last seen was wearing a pink hoodie with “Pretty Little Things” written on the front in black writing, and black Nike trainers.

Nicola Ramage is described as white, about 5 foot and 4 inches tall, slim built with strawberry blonde hair down to the middle of her back, and she may be wearing a leather pink jacket, blue jeans with white trainers.

Anyone with information as to where the girls might be or who sees them is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0588 of Thursday, 18 June, 2020.
