Police appeal for information after teenager missing for four days

Liam Howie has been missing from North East Fife since Friday

Police are appealing for information about Laim Howie, 16 years old, who has been reported missing from the North East area of Fife.

Liam was last seen on Friday, June 12 at around 11.07pm travelling by train to Glasgow Queen Street station from Dundee.

He is described as white Scottish, 5 foot and 2 inches tall with short, brown hair.

When he was last seen, Liam was known to be wearing a pale, blue jacket with a black hooded top beneath, grey tracksuit bottoms, grey Nike trainers and a black rucksack.

Sergeant Ian Moffat from Cupar Police Station says "Liam has been missing for a number of days now and his friends and family are understandably worried about him.

“We have a number of Police resources from Fife and Glasgow out looking for Liam and I am now looking for the assistance of the public. "
