Joseph Kelly: Urgent appeal launched for high risk missing person in Glasgow

An urgent appeal has been launched after a man was reported missing in Glasgow.

Joseph Kelly was last seen around 1 pm on July 29th.

He has been described as a white male, 6 ft and 2 ins tall, of heavy build with greying, thinning hair.

When he was last seen he was wearing a grey hooded top and blue jeans and he may be in a white, five door Citreon C1.

Police have said that Joseph is high risk. Anyone who has seen him should call 101.
