Pensioner assault: 2 women in court

Two women have been charged in connection with the assault and robbery of an 83-year-old woman.

The pensioner suffered a head injury during the incident in Kirk Loan, Edinburgh, on Monday.

The women, aged 20 and 27, were due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court yesterday.
